If a product is out of stock, head to its product page and you can sign up for restock notifications via email. Once/If the product has been restocked and you’ve been emailed, you’ll have to be quick as we cannot guarantee that the product will be in stock for long.

To know if we are restocking a product please use the contact form or contact us on usa-support@sidemenclothing.com to get an update on when/if a product is receiving a restock. Unfortunately not all products will receive restocks as we are always working on new designs and collections for future release.

We announce our main restocks on our social media pages @SidemenClothing on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. When adding additional stock of products (we like to refer to it as “buffer stock”) there will not be an announcement on our socials. If you’d like to be a step ahead of everyone else make sure to sign up for restock notifications on the product pages which are out of stock, you’ll be the first to know once these have been added back onto the site.

Unfortunately, our support team is unable to recommend a size incase we are wrong. However, we do recommend measuring similar garments of your own against our size guides to show which size would suit you best. Size guides can be found on each individual product page.

Do We Sell Gift Cards?

Are They A Physical Product?

No they are not. Our Sidemen Clothing Gift Cards are digital, meaning that once purchased these will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

How Long Do They Take To Be Sent?

During a normal Monday to Friday these can take anytime up to 24 hours to be sent. As our team is out of office over the weekends/bank holiday periods it is unlikely you will receive your Gift Card during these periods.

Do They Have An Expiry Date?

You’ll be glad to know that our digital Gift Cards do not have an expiry date which makes these perfect birthday and Christmas presents.

Can I Use One Gift Card Across Multiple Orders?

Our Gift Cards allow you to redeem them across multiple orders, your redemption code will stay the same no matter how many times this is used.
