FAQs about Sidemen Clothing Returns and Refunds

To start a return, please visit our returns portal and fill out your Order Number and Postcode. (The order number just requires the number portion of your order number)

You will receive further instructions on how to return your order once this is completed.


Please note, all items are inspected upon return, to be eligible for a refund all items should be sent back to us in their original condition, unwashed and not damaged. Items that come with a tag attached cannot be returned if the tag has been removed.

Want to return an item(s) for a refund? We accept refunds on items that are in their original condition within 14 days of the order arriving at your shipping address.

We do not accept any returns on orders or items that are sent back to us outside of these timeframes, this may result in your order/item(s) getting sent back to your original shipping address.

We aim to issue your refund within 5-10 working days of having received the order/item(s).

Once your order or product(s) have had a refund issued, refunds may take approximately 5-10 business days to appear in your account. Please note that processing times can vary between banks.

Yes, you still have a right to return your order regardless of which payment method is used at checkout.

If you paid for an order in full using only a gift card, this amount will be returned to the gift card to use again on another purchase.

If you paid for an order using both a gift card and card/PayPal, your refund is applied to the gift card first until it reaches the full amount, then the rest of the refund is applied to any other payment method.
